What you'll do

• Perform patient assessments
• Administer treatments and medications
• Assist providers and educate patients
• Triage calls and coordinate care
• Maintain accurate clinical records

What we're looking for

• Active NYS RN license (required)
• Current BLS certification
• 1+ year clinical experience (ambulatory / primary care a plus)
• Strong communication and organizational skills

🗣️ Bengali, Spanish & English speaking preferred.
