Dr. Babak Hassid is a board-certified Interventional Cardiologist with over 20 years of clinical experience. He received his medical degree from SUNY Upstate Medical University and is a recognized expert in transradial and complex percutaneous interventions. Dr. Hassid serves as Associate Director of the Cardiac Cath Lab at Lenox Hill Hospital and holds academic appointments as Associate Professor of Cardiology at Hofstra University School of Medicine and Instructor of Medicine at Columbia University. His clinical interests include complex coronary intervention, cardiovascular disease management, chronic total occlusion angioplasty, and endovascular intervention. Dr. Hassid is committed to delivering cutting-edge cardiac care with a focus on minimally invasive techniques.
